KETHEA (Therapy Center for Dependent Individuals)
Beneficiary Record

Project Overview

Client: KETHEA – Therapy Centre for Dependent Individuals (Greece)

Computer Solutions successfully delivered and implemented a modern Beneficiary-Record Software system for KETHEA, enabling it to manage clinical, social-reintegration and support data for its thousands of service users across Greece.

KETHEA’s Network: 21 Rehabilitation & Social Reintegration Units in 11 Cities!

Solution

  • We implemented a Beneficiary-Record Software Platform that provides a central database for all client data, including demographics, assessment results, therapy history, attendance, outcomes and reintegration milestones.
  • The solution was configured to meet data-protection standards, support role-based access (for KETHEA counsellors, therapists, administrators) and integrate with existing service workflows.
  • The implementation included custom module development for tracking reintegration activities (employment placement, family-support contacts), as well as dashboards for programme-leaders to monitor throughput and outcomes.
  • A phased rollout was carried out across KETHEA’s national network of units, accompanied by training for staff and post-go-live support to ensure adoption and stability.

Project Highlights

  • Project duration: 12 months from planning to full first-phase deployment.
  • Project Coverage: 21 Rehabilitation & Social Reintegration Units in 11 Cities, covering prevention, counselling and residential programmes.
  • Data migration from legacy spreadsheets and local systems for over 15,000 existing beneficiaries.
  • Training of 350+ staff (counsellors, administrators, supervisors).
  • Go-live with minimal disruption to front-line services thanks to dual-run parallel phase.

Outcomes & Benefits

  • Unified data repository gives KETHEA management real-time visibility into service-user flows and outcomes.
  • Improved operational efficiency: staff no longer need to handle disconnected spreadsheets; data entry streamlined; reporting time cut by ~40%.
  • Enhanced quality-assurance: supervisors can now monitor key metrics (programme duration, drop-out rates, reintegration follow-up) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strengthened compliance: the system supports audit-ready records, secure data retention and confidentiality protocols aligned with regulations.
  • Better service-user experience: counsellors can access a full history of each beneficiary, enabling more coherent, personalised care and tracking of the reintegration journey.
